Peter Hanke

Graduated from the Royal Academy as choral conductor specialised in contemporary scored music and classical oratorios. Directing Voces Academy. Has served as a manager in the cultural sector. Member of the European Cultural Parliament, affiliated with Centre for Art & Leadership 2003-6, Artistic Director for Bramstrup Performing Arts. Associate Fellow for Executive Education of Saïd Business School, Oxford University.

Voces Academy

Voces Academy is based on the ensemble Voces Copenhagen and works with ensemble based vocal music in more classical genres based on the art of a cappella.
The core size is 16 singers (4 sopranos, 4 altos, 4 tenors, 4 basses), although the size frequently changes both for larger, oratorical projects and smaller madrigal and for contemporary scores.
The working methods emphasizes the chamber music aspect of choral music, i.e. solo parts are mostly sung by ensemble members as well as one-to-a-part Renaissance vocal ensemble practise.

Ole Fogh Kirkeby

Professor, dr. phil. in Leadership Philosophy at the Copenhagen Business School. His extended work as an author shows both traditional philosophy in phenomenology as well as philosophy used in leadership development. Well-known in Denmark as researcher, lecturer, consultant and counsellor for organisations and companies in all sectors.

Vox Luminis

The ensemble supporting the workshops with ABN Amro in Holland are mainly members of the specialised group of early music Vox Luminis.



The group is organisered by Robert Buckland, and the ensemble is now the most experienced with Peter Hanke's concepts since 2003 together with singers from Voces Copenhagen. Read more at voxluminis.com

Musica Beata, Oxford

Since 2003 the vocal ensemble Musica Beata has been a part of the Exart Performances development of music making and leadership programmes in Oxford and London.

The group is directed by Paul Hedley. More information here
